Travel to your own specifications

On the next pages you can customize your travel plans by filling out the form with regard to your destination(s), dates and preferences. Before you start, please read the following.

Group size  We deal with group sizes from eight and up. To optimize quality and comfort for the participants ideal number for coach travel is not more than twenty four. However there is no restriction for group size as we are very capable to handle any numbers. Also in the case of company incentive travel or company conventions we will be able to customize all your requests.

Small groups (up to seven persons) / couples  In the case you are traveling solo, as a couple or a small group (maximum 7 persons), we can set up a whole itinerary with or without (= self-drive) private driver / guide or we can arrange an itinerary for a specific part of your trip, like arranging a city guide / driver in Amsterdam, Vienna, London, Paris etc. or specific regions of the country you are visiting. This can be arranged for a couple of hours or for as many days as you like.

Hotels   The choice is yours. From luxury centrally located city hotels to exclusive chateaux's  or countryside houses. You might prefer smaller- or the  boutique styled hotels or what about the setting of a private villa. If you don't have a specific property in mind we will advise you based on your info and request. Hotel options can be influenced by the region you visit.

Transportation   Standard tours will be arranged by luxury coach with private driver and tour director and can be combined with other means of transportation like high speed & specialty trains, (river)-cruises, yachts or private jets. In the case of small independent arrangements (up to 7 persons) we use luxury automobiles and mini bus with private chauffeur / guide.

Flights   As we live in the age of frequent flier miles, we leave ticketing to our clients unless you request for assistance or if it is an integral part of the tour. Ticketing on request deals directly with the (requested) airlines.

Pricing  We are not a budget company. We don't believe in trying to get you around for the cheapest price possible as this will affect comfort & quality. We charge you the best available supplier prices plus our profit margin. The price will reflect the level of comfort & service.

The price of the tour will be influenced by region of travel, hotel & transportation selection, chosen themes or activities, size of group and exchange rates.
